Jeans Chilli Chicken Gandaria City

Okay guys, this is my first food post. Last Friday, I went to Gandaria City with my sister. Ended up eating lunch at Jeans Chilli Chicken. Jeans Chilli Chicken is originally from South Korea. They finally has arrived in Jakarta and brought the popular Bul-Dak (불닭) or Fire Chicken.

Environment

Because me and my sister weren't so hungry, we just bought 2 featured dishes : BBQ Chilli Chicken and Special Rice Ball. For drinks, we got ice tea and get free refill.

BBQ Chilli Chicken (R) - Rp 62.000,-
BBQ Chilli Chicken (L) - Rp 92.000,-

How's the taste? I personally like it very much. First, these chickens are all boneless, so don't worry to eat one bite at once. Second, the meat was so tender yet a little crunchy outside. Jeans Chilli Chicken spiced it very well,  I can taste the spicyness of the chicken (noted : the level of spicyness is just 45%) For those who don't like spicy, don't worry, they serve Cheese Chilli Chicken as the substitute. As the waitress told, you better eat it with Rice Ball below.

Rice Ball - Rp 20.000,-
At first, the waitress brought you a bowl of rice ( already whole-packaged with seaweed and seasonings ). You can make your own rice ball or let the waitress help you to make it. I like the taste of this rice balls, at first taste it looks like ba-cang. The rice is not too sticky, fyi, but I still like it. The seasonings from chilli chicken and rice balls blend so well that I can't handle it.

Will I come back into Jeans Chilli Chicken? I think so, I would like to try their  Lunch Box and some Soups. Like their Facebook Fanpage : Jeans Chilli Chicken Indonesia

Find them at Gandaria City, Mainstreet UG Floor, Next Metro.

  2. Hi there. Love your blog and fantastic writing. That was a great read. I am too a restaurateur. I was wondering if you would be interested in writing a few lines about a family owned seafood restaurant. Of course, everything is not on the house. Let me know if you're interested.

    Cheers
